Tickets purchased online can be refunded, modified or exchanged at the applicable theatre anytime in advance of the movie's showtime with a valid ticket payment receipt. Only refunds and exchanges requested in theatre prior to the ticketed show time are eligible. Lost tickets may be retrieved through an automated ticket machine, or by a Box Office or Concession attendant, using the Booking Reference.
