60th Anniversary Instagram Contest
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

HOW TO ENTER

Landmark Cinemas Canada LP (“Landmark Cinemas” or the “Sponsor”) is conducting the “Movie Trivia Instagram Contest” (the “Contest”). The Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of BC, AB, SK, MB, and ON, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except (i) employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, prize suppliers, or any of their respective immediate family members or household members. 
 
To enter, participants must follow Landmark Cinemas on Instagram and correctly answer the weekly trivia question posted on Landmark Cinemas’ Instagram Story during the Contest Period (as defined below). A correct answer qualifies as one (1) entry for that week’s prize draw. 
 
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per week during the Contest Period. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or received outside the Contest Period will not be valid. No purchase necessary. 
 

CONTEST PERIOD 

The Contest begins at 12:01:01 a.m. (MT) on October 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (MT) on December 17, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). 
 
Weekly draws will occur on the following schedule, with winners selected from all eligible entries received during the preceding week: 
 

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE CONDITIONS 

Each week, potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible correct entries received during that week. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram by Landmark Cinemas’ official account within seventy-two (72) hours of the draw. 
 
If a selected entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, they forfeit their prize, and another eligible entrant may be selected. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question and may be required to sign a release confirming compliance with these Rules. 
 
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary. 
 

ODDS 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly entry period. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, or incomplete. 
 
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that violates these Rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. 
 
Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information solely for the administration of this Contest, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at www.landmarkcinemas.com. 
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Releasees”) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or acceptance or use of any prize. 
 

GOVERNING LAW 

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 
 
The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, or amend this Contest or these Rules at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
