This production sweeps away the dust of time from the names of Mykola Khvylovy, Les Kurbas, Volodymyr Sosiura, Mykhailo Semenko, and others. For the first time, events such as poet Pavlo Tychyna's betrayal, Sosiura's service in the Third Assault Brigade, the execution of every second Ukrainian writer at Slovo House, and Khvylovy's tragic suicide are set to music.
