Can I redeem my Movie Ticket on the ATOM App?
No, you can only redeem at LandmarkCinemas.com or at your local Landmark Cinemas.

How do I redeem my Movie Ticket online?
Go to landmarkcinemas.com and complete these steps:

  • Select SHOWTIMES from the navigation bar (option at top of the page)
  • Select your LOCATION
    NOTE: If location is already selected and it's NOT the one you plan to visit, simply select CHANGE LOCATION to switch theatres
  • Select DATE desired for your movie night out
    NOTE: Date selected must be between January 6 – March 20, 2025 to redeem ticket
  • Select your Movie, Format (Regular, Laser Ultra, etc.), and Showtime. This will take you to Step 1 of the Checkout Process
  • In Step 1 of Checkout Process, enter your 16-digit Movie Ticket coupon code in the Promo Code Box and select APPLY
  • A new Ticket Type will appear. Choose either Buy30 Holiday GAT (regular seat) or Buy30 Holiday GAT Premiere (Premiere Seat). This is your unlocked coupon offer with the discount pricing and taxes already applied.
  • If movie format selected is a premium experience, your total price will include applicable experience surcharges.
  • Continue through rest of checkout process normally for payment and receipt of ticket.

I entered my admission code at LandmarkCinemas.com and it's not working. What do I do?
Please double-checking the following:

  • Did you enter your code in Step 1's Promo Code box at LandmarkCinemas.com and hit APPLY?
  • Was the offer code entered in Step 1 a full 16-digits in length?
  • Once you applied the offer code in Step 1, was the Ticket Type selected either Buy30 Holiday GAT or Buy30 Holiday GAT Premiere?
  • Did you select a movie showtime between January 6 - March 20, 2025? If you selected a showtime before or after these dates, the offer will not work.

I redeemed my Movie Ticket and I still had to pay for my tickets. Why is this?
If you selected a movie in a premium format (e.g.: Premiere Seats, Loungers, Laser Ultra, IMAX®, RealD 3D, etc…), there is an additional experience charge per ticket. This will be applied to your checkout total.

We also recommend checking that the Ticket Type selected is either Buy30 Holiday GAT or Buy30 Holiday GAT Premiere. If the correct Ticket Type is not selected, you are not receiving the offer.

Will I be charged an online booking fee when I redeem my Free Ticket?
No. An online booking fee will not be applied to your free ticket. An online booking fee may be applied to any additional tickets in your transaction up to a total of 4 tickets.

How do I redeem my Movie Ticket at my local Landmark?
Show or give your voucher to a cast member at the Box Office or Concession, prior to placing your order.
